“Double Soul” is Valerio Esposito’s revenge thriller and the latest work of actor Julian Sands. It will open the 21st Ischia Global Film and Music Festival (July 9-16). Thus The Honorary President of the International Academy of Art Ischia announces.
Starring Angela and Marianna Fontana, Oscar winners F. Murray Abraham and Danny Glover. Moreover, there are also Paz Vega, Francesca Tizzano, and Marco Bocci. The play is co-produced by Camaleo and Marvel (Dubai) and will be released in Italy on July 13 (Plaion Distribution).
Ischia Global Film and Music Festival is conceived by Pascal Vicedomini and put together with Giancarlo Carriero, Marina Cicogna, and Franco Nero. The project is supported by D.G. cinemaMiC and the Campania Region: it gives opportunities to many young artists: over 1,400 authors have already applied to participate through Filmfreeway.
It has succeeded in its intent to bring the island back to the splendor of the 1960s.
The festival in its 20 years of operation has hosted some of the world’s leading figures in film and music-Dennis Hopper, Andrew Garfield, Vanessa Redgrave, Selena Gomez, Francis Ford Coppola, Giuseppe Tornatore, and many others.
