Ischia si trova a circa trentaquattro chilometri dalla costa. È un’isola di mare e rocce, di antiche tradizioni e di risorse spesso invisibili che emergono nei momenti più difficili. Come nelle storie che parlano di assistenza sanitaria e salvaguardia della vita, di medici e pazienti che camminano insieme sullo stesso cammino, e di speranza che continua a nascere anche quando tutto sembra fermarsi. Perché anche in un luogo circondato dall’acqua, nessuno è mai veramente solo.
Ischia lies about thirty-four kilometers off the coast. It is an island of sea and rock, of ancient traditions and often unseen resources that emerge in the most difficult moments. As in stories about healthcare and the preservation of life, about doctors and patients walking the same path together, and about hope that continues to emerge even when everything seems to come to a standstill. Because even in a place surrounded by water, no one is ever truly alone.
