Synopsis:
A Baia Domizia è tutto pronto per la prima edizione di un festival di cinema indipendente. Raffaella e Simone, i fratelli che lo hanno concepito, si ritrovano a dover fronteggiare una serie di imprevisti e personaggi strani che popolano le cinque giornate della manifestazione. Una fauna di personaggi buffi eppure realistici, tutti con uno scopo e che sembrano recitare un ruolo, nascondendo la loro vera natura: dal produttore Carlalio Pinna all’attrice Alessandra Berocci, dal regista Fabrizio Farro al critico Settembrino Galatone. Sullo sfondo si muovono Micaela, la fotografa del festival, ed il regista Leonardo Apicella, unici personaggi apparentemente innocui e dal fare romantico, presi a conoscersi a vicenda, fuggendo dalla follia che li circonda.
In Baia Domizia, everything is ready for the first edition of an independent film festival. Raffaella and Simone, the siblings who conceived it, find themselves having to face a series of unexpected events and bizarre characters that populate the five days of the event. A fauna of quirky yet realistic figures, each with a purpose and seemingly playing a role to hide their true nature: from producer Carlalio Pinna to actress Alessandra Berocci, from director Fabrizio Farro to critic Settembrino Galatone. In the background move Micaela, the festival photographer, and director Leonardo Apicella—seemingly the only harmless and romantically inclined characters, caught up in getting to know each other while escaping the madness around them.
